Tracy L. Cruz, CPP

President

Current Position – Payroll Manager. Employer – Zausner Foods Corp Experience. She began her employment at Zausner Foods in 2010 as a Payroll Specialist, Payroll/Benefits Supervisor and was quickly promoted to her current position, Payroll Manager. She oversees a team that manages over 950 employees in 18 different states, which includes coordination of payroll and benefits for Expats, Visas, and Union and Non-union employees. In 2017, she was asked to become the project manager for a new time and attendance system. This was a 1 million dollar project that included defining the specifications, overseeing the implementation, and following-up for usage of the system. In addition to her other duties, she analyzes and researches tax laws, negotiates renewals and proposals of new and existing vendors. One of her unique strengths is her ability to understand technical processes of applications.

Mary Kelley, CPP

Secretary

Mary graduated from Bloomsburg University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Education. She's worked in a number of positions from Office Manager, Cash Management, AR and AP for Ford New Holland, Payroll, Fiscal Manager. Eventually becoming the Controller for two subsequent non profit organizations. Taking a step back to a less stressful position, she started working for her current employer (Evangelical Community Hospital) as a Staff Accountant in 2014; filling the role as Payroll Manager for the last 6.5 years. She earned her CPP in 9/2016. Personally: Married for 22 years, with two adult children. She enjoys running, hiking, trail running…adventure seeker…lol. She likes to travel and spend time with family and friends.
